The Center hosted a book talk with Shane Harris, senior writer at Foreign Policy magazine, who discussed his new book “@War: The Rise of the Military-Internet Complex.” The book is a description and analysis of the new role of the military and intelligence agencies in cyberspace, and about their relationship with private technology and finance companies.
