The Annual Review of National Security Law CLE Conference is a premier event that brings together leading legal professionals, scholars, and practitioners in the field. This year’s theme, “AI and Disruptive Technologies: Transforming National Security and the Law,” will be focused on the legal frameworks and policies governing the intersection of emerging technologies and national security. Rapid advances in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and biotechnology are testing established legal norms and posing fundamental questions about governmental authority, oversight, and accountability — including the very capability of our legal system to respond quickly and effectively to challenges presented by technological development.
Non-Resident Senior Fellow Brian Finucane will join the conference’s second panel, “Is Technology Re-writing the Boundaries of Warfare? Lessons from Contemporary Conflicts.”
