The Center on Law and Security hosted a talk by Jennifer O’Connor, General Counsel of the Department of Defense, on “Applying the Law of Targeting to the Modern Battlefield,” followed by a question and answer session, moderated by Dean Trevor Morrison of NYU School of Law.
Zachary Goldman, Executive Director of the Center on Law and Security, and Ryan Goodman, Joel and Anne Ehrenkranz Professor of Law, gave introductory remarks.
