Will Emmons is the Program Associate and Special Assistant to the Executive Director at the Reiss Center on Law and Security. In this role, he coordinates operations, events, and research activities of the Center. Prior to joining the Reiss Center, he served as a Legislative Aide on the staff of the House Judiciary Committee. During his tenure, Mr. Emmons worked on numerous Committee oversight investigations and hearings. He also served on the staff of the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties, managing hearings on a variety of topics in constitutional and civil rights law. Mr. Emmons holds a B.A. from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and is originally from Portland, Oregon.
