Dorit Beinisch \nThe Center on Law and Security invites you to a book talk with Dr. David Scharia\, Counter Terrorism Executive Directorate (CTED)\, United Nations Security Council.*  The book Judicial Review of National Security provides an overview of judicial review of national security matters in Israel\, describing the various formal and informal ways in which the Supreme Court of Israel exercises oversight of national security matters.  The book illuminates both the actual and potential role of the courts in national security in Western Democracies. \nDr. Scharia will be introduced by President (ret.)
